Le Mas des Poiriers is an 18th century farmhouse in Provence, located on an island in the Rhone River near the Medieval city of Avignon. The property’s 65 acres offer true seclusion and privacy. The house is renovated, decorated and staffed to offer a luxurious and relaxing stay for our guests. Le Mas des Poiriers is conveniently located within 15 minutes of the Avignon TGV station and with easy access to all that Provence has to offer.
The Le Mas des Poiriers buildings have been thoughtfully restored and decorated in the relaxed, traditional Provence style, but have been modernized with dedicated high speed WI-FI, a SONOS sound system throughout the house and gardens and Savant media system on all TVs.
The house is professionally staffed with a fabulous culinary team and full housekeeping and laundry teams.
The Le Mas des Poiriers gardens were completely and thoughtfully re-done in 2017 by acclaimed garden designer, Dominique Lafourcade in a traditional Provencal style and feature a variety of different environments in each area surrounding the house.
Wander through the Cypress Alee and a trellised walkway covered in wisteria and roses. Discover ancient olive trees, pampas grasses, lavender, rosemary plants and other herbs surrounding the property.
With seven bedrooms in the 13,000 square foot main house and two additional bedrooms in the cottage, Le Mas des Poiriers offers the utmost in luxury. The interiors feature Pierre Frey fabrics and Four Seasons beds and bedding.
